Today is fabulous! I lost three pounds at WW... stayed for the meeting; I feel inspired. I'm definitely not alone.
I just got done working out. I road the bike for 20 minutes and did situps. I tried pushups, but failed, so did some chest pushes(?) against the wall. My next goal is to find some good upper body strengthening exercises to do at home/in hotels.
This week's mission: Stay focused when traveling. Eat breakfast and lunch in the room. Eat healthy dinner with minimal drinking.
Food for today:
Milk/Cereal: 3
3 granola bars: 6
yogurt/oats: 4
Random stuff for snacks: 4
Rice Cakes: 2
19 total - 4 pts for workout

Wine: 4
Pasta: 6
Fish: 6
Cheese/Oil: 5
Nuts: 2
Veggies: 2
40 pts total. Yikes. That dinner was a little over the top.
