Drinking for me equals smoking and unhealthy eating. All three of those things are bad. I've had my fun in life, it's time to get serious and put the social life on the back burner. I have to do this for the family I hope to have one day. Is it weird that I keep thinking about children that I don't have yet? I'm still young and anything is possible. But if I don't get healthy, I'll never have a family. I want to be the one to make that choice, not have my weight make it for me.

Dr. appt today
I'm about to go to my big doctor appt in a minute. I'm nervous for some reason.
I won't be able to eat until I get home, but of course I'm planning what that will be!
