Back from paradise

Well, I missed about a week here, but who's counting? Minus the drinking on Orcas, the point situation should been fabulous. Very little eating and lots of exercise. I swam across and back the Cascade lake three different times and hiked up Turtleback twice. Oh, and I learned how to throw pots. So fun.

Studio: Day Three

Ah! Kinda lost it last night; had a sushi roll (gave Angela a piece :) and a piece of mushroom pizza. Yikes. Food addiction is painful at times.

Anyway, today has been great; going to go to 24 hour for lifting, crunches and spin class. Yayayayay! Can't wait. Then I'd like to go get Pho somewhere near Pike's market. Definitely gonna get tasty lunch treat. Well, maybe I'll just get falafel and stuff from whole foods and eat it with my salad. That's probs a better idea.
