off the wagon for the 4th, back on for the 5th

Not gonna let a little hangover eff up my goals today. Just took the dogs on a walk adn will exercise and lift at home today (later!). I'm also eating healthy today and fantasizing about using the acorn squash even though it's hotter than shit out. Maybe I should just focus on eating the things I have that will go bad over the next five days.
