Middle of night eating... yikes

I woke up at 2:30 in the morn, unable to sleep. I couldn't stop thinking of food, recipes and how hungry I was. Finally at 4:30 I gave in and had a banana and piece of string cheese. I suppose I should count that for today, huh?

OSCAR DAY

I'm so excited for Steph's party tonight... mainly because I'm pumped to actually watch the Oscars since I've seen so many of the movies.

Planning another day

Lost another 3.2 lbs!

Ok, I realize I didn't finish posting food from yesterday. I ended drinking the remainder of my points at Mint and the Wonder. I did have one of the best drinks ever, though, at Mint (Dragon Milk, a creamy sake drink, mmmmmm), so it was worth it. We split a ceasar and fried prawns (I only had to prawns). I gave Steph the grilled bread. Good work, Kelly!

My hard work paid off this week, as I lost over 3 pounds again! I'm almost to 15 since the new year... pretty stoked about it.

I'm home but definitely want to move.

I was annoyed yesterday because I tracked all of my points, but it didn't save. I think I only was about 10 over, which wasn't too bad.

As for today, I tracked my points earlier on paper and figure I have about 15 or 20 left for the day. I'll have to be careful at HH w/ Missy. NO beer at the Blazers game.

UPDATE: LOST THREE POUNDS AT WW!!

To celebrate we went to Rock Bottom Brewery downtown and to the Blazers game, which was an f'ing blast!

We split the sliders and hummus plate. I also had a pint of the lightest beer they make. Then had some gummy bears and a tiny piece of chocolate at the game. NOT BAD!! I'm not in the mood to figure points, but at least I tracked everything today. I'll get back to the points tomorrow. But for now I'm going to celebrate passing under the 250 # mark. Feels so good.

Guilt

So after dinner last night I went a little out of control. I opened some pasta leftovers and dug in with a fork. And I also had some chocolate. In reality, it probably wasn't THAT many points, but still. It was a fabulous example in losing control. Today my goal is to stay in control every minute of the day. I have a lot to do: Hike, work stuff, vet, return stuff to Steph's, exercise, homework etc.

UPDATE: Wow, just got back from a hike, and it's painfully beautiful outside. Too bad the remainder of things on my to-do list don't involve being out there. I may have to hurry and get them done so I can catch some rays.
