I'm back at the coast again... I love it out here... going to the LC rec center in the morning, after the beach of course!

At least you tracked it all... but still, not cool. Especially after last night and that talk you had with Megan. If you can't get control, nothing will ever change for you. Start practicing control every minute of the day. Tomorrow will be a no booze day. Actually, no more booze til weigh-in.
