So after dinner last night I went a little out of control. I opened some pasta leftovers and dug in with a fork. And I also had some chocolate. In reality, it probably wasn't THAT many points, but still. It was a fabulous example in losing control. Today my goal is to stay in control every minute of the day. I have a lot to do: Hike, work stuff, vet, return stuff to Steph's, exercise, homework etc.
UPDATE: Wow, just got back from a hike, and it's painfully beautiful outside. Too bad the remainder of things on my to-do list don't involve being out there. I may have to hurry and get them done so I can catch some rays.
