Feeling great - a new week!

Ok, new plan here. NO MORE EATING ACTIVITY POINTS. Once I get close to 200 maybe I'll consider it, but now is the time for hardcore action. And the past two months have been a great experience in curbing my appetite and controling my thoughts.

Good day so far (sort of):

fruit/pastery: 2

yogurt/oats: 4

chili: 5

16 pts so far.

15 left for dinner... make a big salad!

I'm heading to Steph's to dogsit tonight and will definitely be taking a lot of my own food.

Good workout on the bike!

Damn, so much for not eating AP's! Even with those I went over a few points... definitely should NOT have eaten the ice cream. Damn it, Kelly! Only eat when hungry!!!
