Another day with lots to do... got up and took Lucy for a long with morn, so I feel pretty on top of shit. What a great way to start the day!
Breaky as usual:
cereal w/ milk and berries: 4
snack: leftovers: 8
lunch: pasta:4

veggies/vin: 0
oil: 2
20 pts so far, damn!
Ok, lunch was revised... I shaved five points off by making soup and toast for a mere THREE points...
so, that's a 17 pt total for today so far. I'm not going to eat my activity pts today. I have 15 left for dinner, which I'll be eating very lightly.
Pasta: 5
Oil: 2
Cheese: 3
veggies: 0
vinager: 0
That leaves enough for a glass of vino!! 3 pts there, which only puts me at 28 pts, w/o using Activity points!
Maybe I have the ability to eat like a normal person afterall. Yeah, we'll see about that.
Self promise from earlier today: Must workout and have a light, light supper.....
