Not biking today, but def will tomorrow. Took the dogs on a long walk... felt good.
Ok, wine and cheese night got a little out of hand, but not toooo bad. In the past I would have had all the wine and cheese AND had a big dinner later. There was really no dinner at all last.... Sara and I snacked a bit when we got back, but nothing major.
