sunday

Just got back from a long walk w/ the dogs. I'm thinking about the day while drinking coffee. So glad I figured out that coffee maker.

Break: cereal w/ milk/banana: 4

toast w/ jam: 1
crackers and cheese: 2

Lunch: lasagna w/ salad and crackers: 8

drinks: 7 beet salad: 4

I didn't bike, but I walked A LOT... for almost 3 hours. Hopefully I burned 200+ calories doing that. Not sure, though.
