I'm about to go to my big doctor appt in a minute. I'm nervous for some reason.
I won't be able to eat until I get home, but of course I'm planning what that will be!

I also walked Lucy and had a good workout today... so if I can hold dinner to 10 points or so, I should be well under points. In other related news, the doctor appt was great, and she has no reason to think any of my tests will be abnormal.

ok, it looks like dinner may be a bit over 10. All in all not bad though.
