Yesterday just proved that I can't keep myself under control w/out planning. Today hasn't really been that bad either, and it would be easy has hell for me to totally blow it.

20 pts so far
-5 for workout
15 pts left for dinner/drinks at the show
well, i had about 15 or so points in booze alone. yikes. let's just say i'm at my limit of flex pts for the week. gotta stay on track and no more drinking!
