Happy Weigh-in Day!
I was kind of afraid about weigh-in since I ate f'ing Mexican food for lunch (wft, who DOES that??) But in my defense I tossed the fried taco shells and basically made a salad ... and had some chips... well, a lot of chips actually. Shit.
And then a glass of wine w/ Scott for happy hour.
But THEN I worked out! I kicked that bike's ass.
And lost 3 lbs at WW tonight!!!! WOOOHOOO! Feeling awesome.
I wrote down in my other journal the points for the day, so I'll refrain, but I think I went over about 8 or so. I had that awesome cauliflower soup for dinner w/ peas. Sooooo good.
