What a fun trip... but jesus, I am so bad at keep track of points when I'm drinking and eating out and wooping it up all over the place. I've been craving my routine, so I'm really glad to be back. I lost a pound on Wednesday and really don't want to reverse that progress when I weigh in this coming Wednesday.

I'm consistently going over because I stop carrying about counting points in the evening. I really need to drastically limit my booze intake. This is absurd.
