Cauliflower soup!

Just made an awesome Indian Cauliflower (and tofu) soup:

Oil: 5
Onion: 0
Garlic: 0
Broth: 0
Cauliflower: 0
Ginger: 0
Tofu: 5

I added peas and a teaspoon of sour cream, which did the trick. Super f'ing good and healthy.
