Well, yesterday was busy and great and I was even able to exercise a little! The pottery class was so fun and work was so productive. Things are going well, just working to really get back on track after the crazy summer. I'll finally get to weigh in tonight, which will help put everything in perspective. No matter what, I've done well so far and will continue to lose weight and get healthy. My points yesterday were pretty good, actually. Maybe only over by a few (chocolate soy ice cream!)
