Ouch, up almost 4 pounds this week. That's what a week+ of travel w/o exercise will get you. No worries though, its not that bad and easily manageable to get back on track. I went to my first real pilates class tonight and stayed w/in points. I'm a little hungry right now, but nothing that a little sleep won't cure. Tomorrow is a long day in Woodburn, but I'm hoping to get some work done in between presentations. I'm excited to put mom's package together and send it off on Friday. I feel good tonight and am proud of my ability to pull myself together after straying for some time. This is the mark of a strong, healthy woman. I'm doing good things for myself.
