The only way I'm going to survive with these ankles for the rest of my life is to lose significant more weight.
So today I'm starting over. I'm going to weigh-in and act as if this is the heaviest I've ever been. I'm proud of what I've done so far, but it's easy to get complacent. I need to keep going to save my life and be able to walking easily. It's not going to be good enough to get down to 180 or 170 I need to be at least 150; that will truly make a difference on my joints.
