Wednesday Weigh-in

Jeez, I should do really well this week. Only really had one day where I was over substantially.

Today I've had a:

will have a bar during my meeting: 2

udate: only lost .4, oh well; will be better next week; healthiness ahead!

42 + 25 = 67 pts! yowza!

40 pts over... definitely need to stay w/in range the rest of the week
