Man, what a great morning! I woke up feeling kinda sick but I went to WW (the meeting), lost 3.5 lbs, and then went to the gym for over an hour and half. AWESOME workout. Then I took Lucy on a good walk. Now Missy and I are going for a bike ride/lunch stop/work date. Should be awesome! Then Sara's party tonight.
